London (Hybrid) | Climate-Tech SaaS £100,000 Base Salary + £100,000 OTE (Uncapped)
The Opportunity
We're partnering with a high-growth climate-tech company that is revolutionising how large enterprises measure, manage, and reduce their environmental impact.
Having secured major investment and achieved strong commercial traction in Europe and North America, the business is now scaling its enterprise sales team, with a Senior Enterprise Account Executive hire focused on the UK market.
This is a unique opportunity to join a company at the intersection of sustainability, data, and enterprise software. You’ll play a pivotal role in driving the next phase of growth while combining commercial ambition with meaningful impact.

The Role
As a Senior Enterprise Account Executive, you’ll take full ownership of high-complexity enterprise sales cycles—from initial engagement through to close—targeting large organisations across sectors including:
- Infrastructure
- Manufacturing
- Energy
- Transportation
- Built environment
You’ll work with senior decision-makers such as:
- Sustainability Directors
- Heads of Operations
- Transformation Leaders
- C-suite executives

Responsibilities
- Own the full enterprise sales cycle for new business opportunities
- Develop and execute account plans across a defined territory
- Lead consultative discovery, solution design, and commercial negotiations
- Create data-driven business cases demonstrating operational and sustainability outcomes
- Collaborate closely with Product, Customer Success, and Solutions Engineering teams
- Influence go-to-market strategy via customer insights
- Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management
- Exceed revenue targets while institutionalising commercial best practices
About You
We’re looking for ambitious, commercially driven sales professionals who thrive in high-growth environments and enjoy solving complex business problems.
Key Requirements
- 5+ years of quota-carrying B2B SaaS sales experience
- Proven track record of closing enterprise-level deals
- Experience managing multi-stakeholder, long-cycle sales processes
- Strong consultative and value-based selling skills
- Familiarity with a structured sales methodology (e.g., MEDDPICC, Challenger, SPICED)
- Ability to build credibility with both commercial and technical stakeholders
- Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with comfort in fast-paced environments
