Configured Recruitment is delighted to be partnering with a prominent B2B technology SaaS company to appoint a Senior Enterprise Account Manager. This is a high-impact opportunity for an accomplished enterprise account leader who thrives on building strategic customer relationships while helping shape and develop a growing enterprise accounts function.

Reporting directly to the senior leadership team, this is a genuine player/manager role. You will own the company's most commercially significant enterprise relationships, acting as a trusted adviser to executive stakeholders while helping define best practice, improving customer engagement strategies and building a scalable Enterprise Account Management function. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping how enterprise customers are managed, retained and grown while influencing commercial strategy and ensuring the business continues to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Enterprise Account Leadership

  • Own a portfolio of the company's largest and most strategic enterprise customers, acting as the senior commercial relationship owner.
  • Build executive-level relationships with stakeholders across procurement, commercial, operations, finance and C-suite leadership.
  • Develop strategic account plans aligned to customer objectives and long-term commercial growth.
  • Lead executive business reviews, governance meetings and commercial discussions with senior decision-makers.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
