Primary Skill
Strong expertise in Enterprise Architecture & Design across Infrastructure
- Enterprise Architecture frameworks (TOGAF)
- End-to-end system design and integration across hybrid IT environments
- Cloud architecture (Azure/AWS / Hybrid cloud)
- Technology road mapping and transformation strategy
- Hands-on experience presenting Proposals/Solutions to Customer - Present Proposals to Customer via putting it in Document (PPT, Word)
- Ex. SOW creation for requirements
- Hands-On Experience working with Managed Service Provider like IBM/Accenture/HP/Wipro/TCS/Infosys
Secondary Skill
- Business process modelling and capability mapping
Role Purpose
Lead enterprise-wide technology strategy and architecture for Customer by aligning business objectives with IT capabilities.
- Drive infrastructure transformation, modernization while ensuring scalable, secure, and cost-effective solutions

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business and technology stakeholders to define Infra architecture strategy
- Develop Infrastructure and security architecture.
- Create target-state architecture and transformation roadmaps
- Lead Infrastructure Modernization Initiatives (Vmware/DC Exit, Cloud Native/Hybrid)
- Establish architecture, governance and standard
- Review technology solutions and ensure alignment with Infrastructure principles
- Provide technical leadership during pre-sales and client engagements.
- Collaborate with Delivery, Infrastructure, Security and Cross Functions Teams

Technical Skills
- 15+ years in Infrastructure architecture and technical leadership roles
- Experience in on-prem platform architecture (VMware, private cloud, Kubernetes) with HA/ DR/ Security
- Strong experience in migrating work loads from on-prem to Cloud
- Hands-on expertise in ITSM integration (Valuemation, ServiceNow)
- Deep knowledge of IaC - Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, Ansible) for automation/orchestration
- Ability to embed governance, approvals, and cost controls into workflows
- Excellent client-facing and stakeholder engagement skills
