Intrum is entering a new era as we continue to expand and strengthen our enterprise portfolio. To support this ambition, we are investing in a number of newly created Senior Enterprise Sales Manager roles - designed for experienced sales professionals who want to shape opportunity, influence strategy, and play a defining role in our continued success.

We are building trusted partnerships with leading UK organisations and strengthening Intrum's position as a strategic partner of choice in a rapidly evolving market.

These roles can be based in Manchester, Glasgow or Reigate, with regular client travel and hybrid working flexibility.

  • Build and deepen relationships with senior stakeholders and C-suite decision-makers
  • Shape and deliver compelling, insight-led proposals and ROI-driven presentations
  • Partner with internal teams to design tailored client solutions and ensure seamless delivery
  • Own and manage a strong pipeline using Salesforce CRM
  • Represent Intrum externally at industry events and support market presence and reputation
  • Operate in line with FCA Consumer Duty principles, ensuring strong customer outcomes are embedded in all client solutions

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
