Salary: Negotiable depending on skills and experience
An excellent opportunity has become available for a Senior Environmental Planner to join a well-established Consultancy as part of their environmental team in Cheltenham. The successful Senior Environmental Planner will be responsible for leading a wide variety of Environmental Planning and EIA projects across the South West.
The Successful Candidate Will Have
- Demonstrable planning experience, preferably within a consultancy environment
- Chartered status with the RTPI or will be working towards this
- Demonstrable project management experience
- Previous experience in the coordination of EIAs
- An in-depth knowledge of the technical aspects of EIA disciplines
- A proven ability to write professional reports

Within the role the successful Senior Environmental Planner will be:
- Coordinating planning applications for a range of client projects
- Coordinating EIA projects
- Managing projects and sub-consultants
- Developing new business opportunities and preparing tenders
- Liaising with clients
