Liniar
Liniar is an industry leading PVCu extrusion company, designing and supplying a large portfolio of PVCu and aluminium profiles and products to a nationwide customer base of specialist window and door manufacturers, housebuilders, decking installers, landscapers and trade outlets.
We are looking to expand our team and add an additional Senior ERP Support Analyst to join our growing IT and Business Systems team — someone who lives and breathes SAP Business One and thrives on solving complex business challenges through smart system thinking.
Purpose Of The Role
In this role, you’ll be the go-to expert for SAP Business One across the group, leading ERP support operations, driving continuous improvement, and helping shape the future of our digital landscape. You’ll work closely with teams across Manufacturing, Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain to make sure our ERP system not only runs smoothly — but powers our business forward.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who’s ready to take the next step in their ERP career — combining hands-on technical expertise with strategic impact.
Main Duties And Responsibilities
- Lead ERP Support Operations — take ownership of complex SAP B1 issues, manage incidents from start to finish, and guide the wider support team in best practices.
- Collaborate & Advise — work directly with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into practical SAP solutions.
- System Administration — manage user roles, access rights, and system configurations to keep our ERP environment secure and compliant.
- Data & Reporting — create and maintain Crystal Reports and SQL queries that turn data into insight.
- Drive Improvements — identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance efficiency through BPA and Boyum Usability Pack tools.
- Mentor & Develop — share your expertise with junior analysts, fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement.
- Project Delivery — play a key role in SAP B1 rollouts to new subsidiaries, supporting workshops, UAT, go-live and post-implementation review.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
