Senior Estate Planning Sales Consultant
£34,935 base salary, OTE £44,000 plus excellent benefits (Work Level 6A)
Monday-Saturday, 37.5 hours flexible between 9am and 9pm, with some evening requirements
Remote across England and Wales.
We’re looking for a Senior Sales Consultant to join our Estate Planning team at Co-op Legal Services.
This role is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to progress their career and develop into a Regional Manager role.

In this role, you’ll divide your time between meeting and discussing solutions with potential clients, and managing a small team of Estate Planning Consultants, making sure they’re able to provide the best service possible to our clients. We’ll look to you to not only meet and exceed your own targets but lead and coach your team to success, using data to monitor performance and continuously improve our service. What you’ll do
- Attend video or phone-based appointments to discuss the benefits of later life legal services with clients
- Work closely with clients to identify their different needs, providing information and solutions to best meet their requirements and explaining issues without legal jargon
- Develop positive relationships with Co-op colleagues and key partners, working together to provide the best possible client journey
- Inclusively manage a team of Estate Planning Consultants, provide coaching and engagement to support individual development and overall team performance
- Drive outstanding client outcomes and commercial success by using data and insights to deliver on team targets, whilst meeting your own agreed KPIs
- Be flexible to travel to meet members of your team in person and attend home visits with clients

What you’ll bring
We’re committed to making our roles as accessible as possible, so we only ask for the minimum criteria. To thrive here, you’ll need to bring:
- 12 to 18 months of experience within a legal sales consultant role or previous experience in a management or coaching role
- A proven track record of frequently achieving KPIs and targets within the EPC Objectives on Commercial, Compliance and Client
- Strong experience with or interest in management of colleagues
- The ability to adapt your communication style and engage a diverse range of clients and colleagues through telephone, video, and face to face discussions
- The ability to motivate a team and build positive relationships with clients, colleagues and key internal partners
- Excellent level of legal knowledge
