Facilities Services

LOCATION: Remote, with occasional travel to our Leeds or London Head Office
CONTRACT: Permanent, Full Time
SALARY: Competitive Salary + Private Healthcare + Flexible Benefits

Summary

This is a brand new role, created off the back of our continued growth – we simply have more work than we can keep up with, and we need an experienced Senior Estimator to help us make the most of it.

Joining our Facilities Services business, you'll lead the commercial and technical pricing of complex, high-value maintenance and FM opportunities, from major frameworks through to strategic bids. Reporting to the Head of Estimating, you'll take ownership of some of our biggest work-winning opportunities, working closely with operational, commercial and bid colleagues to shape solutions that are both competitive and deliverable. This role is mainly remote, with occasional travel into our Leeds or London Head Office.

We work as a team here – this role sits within a close-knit, collaborative estimating function where people support each other, share knowledge and genuinely enjoy winning together. If you want to be part of a growing business with plenty of opportunity ahead, we'd love to hear from you.

Some of the key deliverables in this role will include:

  • Leading the end-to-end estimating process on large, complex and strategic FM tenders and frameworks
  • Developing first-principles cost models that are accurate, compliant and commercially robust
  • Analysing tender documentation, asset data and service requirements to shape a competitive, deliverable solution
  • Owning risk and opportunity evaluation, embedding it into pricing and submission strategy
  • Driving win themes and differentiators alongside our Solutions Directors and Proposals team
  • Presenting pricing strategies and outputs at internal governance reviews and senior stakeholder meetings
  • Leading a structured handover into delivery teams post-award

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
