Senior Estimator – Linesight

The Opportunity
In this role, you will:
- Develop estimate plans and coordinate estimate development with the project team
- Lead the development of total project estimates
- Prepare the total Project Basis of Estimate and Estimate Risk Analysis, recommending cost contingency to the project team
- Analyze complex problems and propose solutions aligned with organization objectives and guidelines
- Maintain a library of up-to-date local rates for all estimates

Requirements & Qualifications
We’re looking for a standout candidate if you:
- Have proven experience as an Estimator in a construction environment, with increasing levels of scope and responsibility
- Are fluent in estimating systems such as Sage Timberline, InEight, or CostX
- Hold a degree or equivalent experience in a construction-related discipline (Critical Infrastructure and MEP is beneficial)
- Are RICS, CEP, or CPE chartered—or on track to complete this qualification (we’ll support your journey!)
- Excel as a clear communicator, both verbally and in writing
- Are detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality
- Thrive on building strong, collaborative relationships with colleagues and clients, motivated by shared purpose and a culture of openness and fun
