Senior Estimator

Civil Engineering

Derby £70,000 - £90,000 + (DOE)

The Company:

An exciting opportunity for a Senior Estimator to join a Contractor in the Derby area. As a major UK contractor my client has a diversified workload in the Civil Engineering sector. Boasting a strong reputation for providing whole-life solutions, high standards of project delivery, and an ability to innovate.

About The Role:

As a Senior Estimator you will play an integral role in tendering work in the Derby and Midlands region. Your focus will be:

  • Creating and understanding specifications.
  • Building relationships with clients.
  • Pricing form data and proposing these to clients.
  • Completing a range of Churches from design through to the construction phase.
  • Reporting and working closely with the Director.

About You:

  • Experience presenting quotes and specifications to clients.
  • Experience working on Civil Engineering Schemes.
  • Live within or commutable to Derby.
  • Experience using Candy and/or Causeway systems.
  • First Principals and Project Take Off experience.
