Senior Estimator - Water

Senior Estimator - Water Projects Warrington, North West England | Permanent Opportunity

Are you an experienced Estimator looking to make a real impact in the UK's essential infrastructure sector? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading, privately-owned engineering and construction business delivering some of the country's most critical water and environmental projects.

The Opportunity

We're seeking a Senior Estimator to play a key role in securing and shaping major water infrastructure schemes across the North of England. Based in Warrington, you'll take ownership of the estimating process from early-stage engagement through to final submission-working closely with commercial, planning, and delivery teams to produce competitive, high-quality bids. This role offers the chance to influence multi-million-pound frameworks and long-term capital delivery programmes that are vital to improving water networks and protecting the environment.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
