£40,000 - £45,000 – Social Market research agency
This social research agency specialise in research and evaluation and are a purpose led business with a strong mission – they have a social, ethical and environmental conscience and they empower their team to make a positive difference to wider society. The team work with a broad range of public service clients, including health agencies, social housing providers and charities as well as local authorities and central government clients.
To help support growth plans, this company is expanding and looking to appoint a Senior Evaluation Manager to come on board – you will share the team’s values to make a positive impact and difference and you will love being part of a company that gives back.

About the Role
As a Senior Evaluation Manager within the team, you must be able to come on board and hit the ground running with project, policy or programme evaluations which range from topics such as public health, primary/secondary care, mental health and wellbeing, arts and culture and housing. Your focus will be on managing the delivery of evaluation projects, from designing the programme theory, evaluation framework, research tools, through to delivering primary and secondary research activities, analysis, and reporting.

Excellent project management and client servicing skills are a must as is experience of both quantitative and qualitative research methods. At this level, it’s also expected you will be confident in writing proposals and pitching for work to potential clients.
