Senior Evaluation Manager – Leading Research & Evaluation Consultancy
Remote working (UK based only)
£40-45,000 + strong benefits
A great opportunity to progress your evaluation career, joining the growing team of specialists delivering diverse and meaningful evaluation projects across public services and the third sector.
- Taking ownership of the design and delivery of a varied portfolio of evaluation projects, topics span mental health, arts & culture, public health, and housing.
- Showcase your expertise in effectively applying evaluation approaches and participatory methods such as Outcome Mapping, Outcome Harvesting, Appreciative Inquiry, Most Significant Change, and Ripple Effect Mapping.
- Experience in selecting and adapting a range of different evaluation frameworks including Realist, Developmental, Empowerment, and Participatory to suit needs.
- Adept at both quantitative and qualitative research methods and integrating multiple sources of evidence to generate actionable insights.
- Commercially aware and client-focused with experience of pitching, writing compelling proposals, and nurturing client relationships.
- Proficient project manager, able to manage multiple evaluations simultaneously.
