As a young and ambitious business, we are evolving quickly. We are recognised for pushing the boundaries of luxury catering through exceptional food, innovative event concepts and meticulous attention to detail. Every event is bespoke, and every client experience is personal.

Be part of an award-winning company that has been recognised by The Sunday Times as one of the Top 100 Best Places to Work. We’re committed to investing in our people, creating an exceptional workplace culture, and rewarding our team for the part they play in our success.
As we continue to grow, we’re looking for people who are excited by the opportunity to shape the future of the business, take ownership of their work and develop their careers alongside us.
The Role
The Senior Event Manager is responsible for leading the planning and delivery of some of our largest and most prestigious events from enquiry through to execution. I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
