Senior Event Manager – Creative Change & People Impact Agency

Location: London (Hybrid – 3 days office-based)
Salary: £45,000 – £50,000 per annum

Ready to shape live, virtual, and hybrid moments that actually shift mindsets and move businesses forward?

What’s Different About This Role?

We are recruiting on behalf of a industry-leading People Impact Agency that helps ambitious, global brands navigate major shift moments—from leadership transitions and rapid growth to AI disruption. They do this by turning strategy into real human behavior through powerful live events and experiential campaigns.

Certified as a Great Place To Work®, our client blends strategic consulting, creative storytelling, and live experiences that make a real mark. You won't just run events; you’ll take full ownership of high-impact B2B and B2E campaigns, working in a vibrant hybrid environment (3 days a week in their London hub) where your voice, agency, and ideas truly count.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Proven Agency Background: Solid experience inside a fast-paced creative, live event, or experiential agency managing complex, mid-to-large scale projects.
  • End-to-End Ownership: Deep expertise leading the full lifecycle of live, virtual, and hybrid events—from initial brief and venue sourcing to production, logistics, and H&S.
  • Strong Supplier & Venue Network: A trusted, go-to network of partners, suppliers, and venues across the UK and beyond.
  • Commercial Sharpness: Proven track record in growing client relationships, spotting opportunities, managing budgets (£), and delivering against targets.
  • Calm Leadership & Resilience: High emotional intelligence, sharp problem-solving under pressure, and a passion for mentoring junior event talent.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
