Location: London (Hybrid – 3 days office-based)
Salary: £45,000 – £50,000 per annum
Ready to shape live, virtual, and hybrid moments that actually shift mindsets and move businesses forward?
What’s Different About This Role?

What You’ll Bring:
- Proven Agency Background: Solid experience inside a fast-paced creative, live event, or experiential agency managing complex, mid-to-large scale projects.
- End-to-End Ownership: Deep expertise leading the full lifecycle of live, virtual, and hybrid events—from initial brief and venue sourcing to production, logistics, and H&S.
- Strong Supplier & Venue Network: A trusted, go-to network of partners, suppliers, and venues across the UK and beyond.
- Commercial Sharpness: Proven track record in growing client relationships, spotting opportunities, managing budgets (£), and delivering against targets.
- Calm Leadership & Resilience: High emotional intelligence, sharp problem-solving under pressure, and a passion for mentoring junior event talent.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
