Senior Event Manager / Event Producer, Berkshire / Hybrid

This growing events and experiential business is looking for a Senior Event Manager / Event Producer to join the team and lead the delivery of high-profile live events, activations and projects across the UK and internationally.

This is a senior, hands-on role overseeing complex projects from initial briefing through to live delivery. You'll work closely with clients, suppliers and internal teams, taking ownership of multiple projects whilst helping to drive best practice, operational excellence and exceptional client experiences throughout.

The successful Senior Event Manager / Event Producer will be highly organised, commercially aware and confident leading large-scale projects within fast-paced live event and experiential environments.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of live events, activations and experiential projects
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders and partners
  • Take ownership of project budgets, forecasting and financial tracking
  • Manage suppliers, venues, freelancers and production partners throughout project delivery
  • Oversee timelines, logistics, resource planning and project execution
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget and to the highest possible standard
  • Lead onsite event delivery, troubleshooting and decision-making during live events
  • Support and mentor junior team members where appropriate
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiencies and ways of working
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery

What you'll need

  • Significant experience delivering live events, activations, experiential campaigns or complex project-based work
  • Strong project management and organisational skills
  • Experience managing budgets, suppliers and multiple stakeholders simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and client management skills
  • Commercial awareness and confidence managing project profitability
  • Calm, solutions-focused approach under pressure
  • Experience within an agency, experiential, events or production environment
  • Confidence leading projects independently from briefing through to delivery
