The Opportunity
Most agencies talk about creative freedom. This one actually gives it.
This is a small, close-knit agency with a client base most people would love to inherit, including long-standing, high-value relationships with global brands. Growth has come entirely through reputation and word of mouth. No cold outreach, no chasing RFPs from strangers, just events good enough that clients keep coming back.
As the team grows into its next chapter, they need someone to own the whole story, from the first proposal through to the final guest walking out the door.
What You'll Be Doing
- Responding to RFPs and shaping proposals that win the room
- Owning client relationships once they've been handed over from business development
- Leading projects from first concept through to live, on-the-ground delivery
- Booking and managing a freelance production and crew workforce
- Spotting and developing growth opportunities within existing accounts
- Delivering across live, virtual and hybrid formats

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

See breakdownIt searches the market for you
Every day your agent scans the market matching roles against what actually matters to you, not just keywords on a CV.
Why you're a good match
You’ve got the grades and the economics background, and your bank internship is exactly the experience this scheme looks for. Apply soon — deadlines close within the month.
Experience fit
Your summer at the bank plus your econometrics coursework map directly to the day-one responsibilities on this scheme — client modelling, market briefings, and deal support.
Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
This is a doing role, not a directing-from-a-distance one. There's no big team between you and the client, and no layers between the idea and the delivery. You'll work closely with the founder and leadership team day to day.
What Makes This Role Different
You're not just a planner; you'll actually be at the events. In an industry where progression usually means being promoted away from the floor, this role keeps you central to it, leading from the front.
About You

- Strong creative concept development and proposal-writing skills
- Excellent project management and organisational ability across multiple live projects
- Confident client-facing and stakeholder management experience
- Experience managing budgets, production schedules and event logistics
- Comfortable with Canva, Microsoft Office and standard event production tools
- Calm under pressure and confident leading a freelance crew
