About Blooming Haus
Blooming Haus is a London luxury floral design studio founded in 2014 and led by a Master Florist trained in the European tradition. We create floral design for five-star hospitality, private members' clubs, luxury brands, weddings, and cultural events, and we hold retained contracts with some of London's most distinguished addresses.
We are a certified B Corp, Planet Mark certified, and FSI certified, and we were named Best Company at the Planet Mark Awards 2025. Sustainability is not a marketing line for us: we work foam free, we measure our impact, and we expect every member of the team to care about how our work is made, not only how it looks.
We are a close team of around fifteen people from eleven nationalities across five continents, and we are growing. Joining us now means real responsibility early, direct access to the founders, and a visible hand in the studio's next chapter.
The role
You will sit at the operational heart of our events work, supporting the Head of Events across the full event lifecycle: enquiries, proposals, supplier coordination, logistics, scheduling, and on-site delivery. This is a coordination and administration role first, roughly ninety per cent of your time, and it demands someone with genuine luxury events experience who can run detail without supervision.
For candidates with an interest in floristry, there is a genuine opportunity to develop hands on floral skills alongside our creative team, with mentoring led by our Master Florist founder. This is a growth path we will actively support, not an expectation of the role.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
