Senior Events Coordinator - Luxury Floristry & Events

Location: Battersea, London (Full-Time, Onsite)
Salary: c£45,000 DOE + Bonus

We're recruiting for a Senior Events Coordinator to join one of London's leading luxury floristry and event design businesses.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work on exceptional events for luxury brands, five-star hotels, private members' clubs and high-end weddings, managing projects from the initial enquiry through to successful delivery.

A background in floristry is essential for this role.

The Role

As Senior Events Coordinator, you'll be responsible for managing a portfolio of luxury events from enquiry through to completion. Working closely with the Head of Events and creative team, you'll prepare proposals, manage budgets, coordinate logistics and oversee onsite installations to ensure every event is delivered to the highest standard.

From intimate private dinners and luxury weddings to large-scale brand activations, no two projects are the same.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
