Role Description
The Senior Events Lead is a full-time remote role responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing high-impact fundraising and awareness events that support Charity Right’s mission. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

- Developing the events strategy
- Creating annual and campaign-specific event plans
- Managing event budgets and timelines
- Coordinating with internal teams, partners, and vendors to deliver both virtual and in-person events, ensuring cohesive branding and consistent messaging
- Overseeing event marketing, including digital campaigns, email outreach, and social media promotion, while monitoring performance and reporting on outcomes
- Supervising event logistics
- Managing stakeholder relationships
- Optimizing attendee experience
- Using data to refine future events and maximize engagement and fundraising results

Qualifications
- Proven experience in event strategy, planning, and delivery, including end-to-end management of fundraising or large-scale engagement events.
- Strong skills in stakeholder management, vendor coordination, and cross-functional collaboration with marketing, fundraising, and operations teams.
- Proficiency in digital event tools and platforms, as well as experience with online event promotion, email campaigns, and social media marketing.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple events and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to craft compelling event narratives and engage diverse audiences.
- Experience in the charity, nonprofit, or humanitarian sector is highly beneficial, especially in roles focused on fundraising and community engagement.
- Comfort working in a remote, digital-first environment, with high levels of autonomy, accountability, and collaborative working practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Events Management, Marketing, Communications, Nonprofit Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
