Job Title: Senior Event Manager : Catering and Events Company
Location: London
Salary: Up to £50,000 + bonus
About The Role
- Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings and manage events end-to-end
- Prepare proposals, budgets, and operational plans
- Lead client meetings, site visits, and tastings
- Manage suppliers, orders, logistics, and on-site teams
- Ensure seamless event delivery and outstanding service standards
- Track sales activity and results via CRM
- Support team members on larger events and mentor junior staff
- Collaborate with chefs, operations, and warehouse teams
- Represent the brand at showcases and industry events

About You
- 4+ years experience in event management, catering, or hospitality
- Proven ability to manage complex, high-profile events independently
- Strong communication, organization, and budget management skills
- Confident client handler and on-site team leader
- Experience with premium venues and corporate clients
- Proactive, adaptable, and solutions-focused
