Job Description

Are you an experienced employee experience consultant with expertise in employee listening platforms such as Qualtrics, Perceptyx, Medallia or Viva Glint?

Do you enjoy helping organisations maximise the value of their listening technology while shaping impactful employee strategies that shape decision making?

Join Ipsos Karian and Box, where you'll work with leading UK and global organisations to design, deliver and optimise employee listening programmes that drive better business and people outcomes.

About The Role

As a Senior EX Platform Advisory Consultant, you'll combine strategic consulting with hands-on platform expertise. You'll advise clients on employee listening programmes, help them maximise the value of their platforms, translate insight into action and build long-term client relationships.

We're platform agnostic and work across Qualtrics, Perceptyx, Medallia, Viva Glint, Peakon, WorkBuzz and other leading employee listening technologies.

What You’ll Be Doing In Practice

Client Advisory and Relationship Management

  • Advising clients on the design, implementation and optimisation of employee listening programmes using platforms such as Qualtrics and other leading employee listening technologies.
  • Lead and own client relationships with senior stakeholders, with the ability to identify new opportunities and to identify how to expand usage of the platform.

Platform Configuration and Oversight

  • Working with multidisciplinary teams (e.g. platform analysts, data engineers) to oversee the configuration of employee listening platforms, including survey design, reporting and platform setup, including integrations.
  • Working with platform partners and technical specialists to troubleshoot issues and maximise platform capability.

Research Design and Delivery

  • Design questionnaires and listening strategies that generate meaningful insight.
  • Partner with analysts and data scientists to translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Present insights to executive audiences and contribute to proposals and thought leadership.

About You

You have experience combining employee listening expertise with platform implementation and client advisory work. You're comfortable moving between strategic conversations with senior stakeholders and practical discussions around platform configuration, survey design and programme delivery. You'll probably bring experience in many of the following areas:

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
