Senior Executive Assistant
Mayfair | Private Equity | 1 Day WFH
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Executive Assistant to join a highly regarded and growing private equity firm in the heart of Mayfair.
Supporting the CEO, Chairman, Director, and two Vice Presidents, this is a varied, business-critical role that combines high-level executive support with some office management responsibilities. You'll sit at the centre of a collaborative and high-performing team, gaining exposure across operations, HR, events, and wider business support.
The Role
Key responsibilities include:
- Complex diary and international travel management
- Preparing senior stakeholders for board meetings and key engagements
- Acting as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Overseeing the day-to-day running of the London office
- Supporting HR administration, onboarding, and recruitment coordination
- Assisting with finance administration and internal processes
- Coordinating events, offsites, and team engagement initiatives
- Providing board and portfolio company support
- Creating a welcoming and professional office environment

About You
They are looking for an experienced Senior EA, ideally from a private equity or financial services background, who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Highly organised, proactive, and solutions-focused, you'll be confident managing multiple priorities while building strong relationships across the business. Professional, personable, and detail-oriented, you'll enjoy being a true business partner and a key member of a close-knit team.
