Fixed-Term Contract | Central London | £55,000–£60,000 + Bonus & Benefits | Hybrid Working
Working Pattern: Three days per week in the office during onboarding, reducing to two days thereafter.
We are partnering with a highly regarded global consulting firm to appoint an experienced Executive Assistant to support senior Partners with regional and global responsibilities.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative, high-performing business, where you’ll become a trusted partner to senior stakeholders, managing complex schedules, coordinating international activity, and supporting key client and business development initiatives.
Working alongside an exceptional Executive Assistant team, you’ll play an integral role in ensuring your stakeholders operate efficiently while contributing to the wider success of the practice. Supporting Partners with regional and global responsibilities involves regularly coordinating across international offices and multiple time zones—making this an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a truly international environment.
The Role
Providing dedicated Executive Assistant support to senior Partners with regional and global responsibilities:
- Managing highly complex diaries across multiple time zones, anticipating conflicts and proactively managing competing priorities
- Coordinating extensive international travel, visas, and detailed itineraries
- Acting as a trusted gatekeeper, exercising sound judgement and ensuring your stakeholders’ time is managed effectively
- Building strong relationships with clients and colleagues across the global business
- Supporting business development activities, maintaining Salesforce records, and assisting with client reporting
- Preparing presentations, proposals, correspondence, and high-quality documentation
- Coordinating client meetings, internal meetings, dinners, events, and off-site activities
- Processing expenses and providing broader administrative support
- Working collaboratively with the wider Executive Assistant team to deliver exceptional support across the business

About You
Candidates should possess:
- Previous Executive Assistant experience gained within consulting, executive search, professional services, legal, financial services, or another fast-paced corporate environment
- Extensive experience managing:
- Highly complex diaries
- International travel
- Changing priorities
- Comfortable supporting multiple senior stakeholders within a demanding environment
- Proactive, with the ability to anticipate needs, think ahead, and exercise sound judgement
- Strong relationship-building skills, confident in working closely with senior stakeholders and clients
- Exceptional organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Experience using Salesforce or another CRM system would be advantageous
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
- A collaborative, professional, and solutions-focused approach
