Overview
The Team
The Investment & Accountability (I&A) team is a key pillar within Publicis Media Exchange (PMX), responsible for ensuring media productivity commitments for global clients. The team works across all media channels, including TV, digital, social, print, and out-of-home, and collaborates closely with local Publicis offices worldwide, client procurement teams, and media auditors. Their role is crucial in delivering cost efficiencies, quality ad placements, and strong ROI, which directly impacts both client relationships and agency revenue.
The Role
As a Senior Investment Executive, you’ll play a key role in Publicis Groupe’s Investment & Accountability (I&A) team, ensuring global advertisers receive best-in-class media performance. You’ll work closely with international teams to track, analyse, and report on media buying efficiency across all media types, including TV, Digital, Social, and Print.
You’ll collaborate with local Publicis offices worldwide, procurement teams, and media auditors to guarantee contractually agreed media productivity commitments are met. You’ll also develop and refine data reporting processes, contribute to new business pitches, and gain exposure to senior stakeholders within Publicis.

Responsibilities

Managing Global Media Investment Performance
- Support Investment Managers in delivering media buying commitments to international clients
- Analyze performance vs. KPIs and ensure compliance with contractual agreements
- Work closely with local Publicis teams worldwide to standardize and improve data reporting

Stakeholder Collaboration & Media Audits
- Liaise with procurement teams and external auditors to ensure compliance and performance accuracy
- Participate in internal and external meetings to track and discuss media buying performance
- Work cross-functionally with various departments within Publicis Groupe

Data Analysis & Reporting
- Collect, process, and analyze large media investment datasets
- Create high-quality reports and presentations to showcase performance insights
- Ensure consistency and accuracy in reporting across all global markets

Project Management & Process Optimization
- Develop and implement templates for media investment tracking
- Support internal projects, new business pitches, and efficiency improvements
- Identify trends and insights to enhance future media investments
Qualifications
- Experience in one of the following: Media Agency Buying or Investment department, Media Auditor, Media Owner sales department
- Strong knowledge of media metrics (e.g., CPM, CPC, CTR, GRP).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Analytical mindset with strong numerical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Strong English language skills
