Senior Executive Search Consultant
SENIOR EXECUTIVE SEARCH CONSULTANT - Leeds
KERV Capital is one of the UK’s fastest-growing executive search and recruitment groups, operating across the UK, Europe, North America and the Middle East with offices in London, Leeds, Dubai and Florida.
We are hiring experienced recruiters and executive search consultants across Manufacturing, Engineering, Construction, Utilities, Power and Mission Critical markets. We are also open to speaking with recruiters from wider backgrounds who are genuinely motivated by transitioning into executive search and retained delivery. For high-performing individuals with leadership ambitions, we have the infrastructure and investment capability to support the growth of new teams and business units.

What We’re Looking For We are looking for consultants with: 12-18+ months recruitment or executive search experience A demonstrable billing track record Strong communication and relationship-building skills Commercial credibility and ambition High personal standards and intensity A genuine interest in long-term progression
