HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE AND LEARN?

  • Support in planning and implementation of trade marketing initiatives such as trade marketing campaigns, delivery of trade seminars & training, business development with regular sales calls, and exploring opportunities to promote Hong Kong.
  • Assist in cultivating and maintaining a close relationship with local and online travel agents, tour operators, airlines, cruise lines, and corporates.
  • Assist, organise, and handle necessary logistics of marketing activities.
  • Collect market intelligence and prepare regular reporting to the business.
  • Bring familiarisation groups to go to Hong Kong through management assignments.
  • Carry out required administrative jobs such as routine reports (weekly/Monthly/Annual).
  • Support other disciplines as required.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • University Degree holder.
  • Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in hospitality or tourism-related business is a must.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Proven strong teamwork in supporting the department to reach business goals.
  • Detail-oriented.
  • Good time management in a fast-paced working environment.
  • Familiarity with marketing and digital marketing principles.
  • Confidence with CRM tools and AI technologies.
  • Ability to attend work-related events outside of normal office hours across the UK.
  • Familiarity with Hong Kong and/or Chinese Mainland is desirable.

  • The position is an on-site role based in our London Office.
  • We do not offer moving allowances from other cities.
