ABOUT R/GA
R/GA is an independent creative innovation company built for the intelligence age. We harness the power of design and technology to create more valuable experiences for people and brands.
From reimagining interfaces with AI to launching entirely new platforms and services, we help organisations adapt to what’s next and shape what comes after. Our teams combine craft, curiosity and technology to deliver work that drives both business and human impact.
At R/GA, we don’t just respond to change — we help shape it.
THE ROLE
This is a craft-driven role for someone who can confidently tackle today’s experience design challenges while helping shape the interfaces of the future. It’s about designing experiences that are intuitive, intelligent and inclusive, grounded in solid UX principles and open to evolution. Experimentation is essential; we’re looking for someone who questions convention, embraces emerging technologies and contributes to defining new standards in an AI-driven world.
We’re also looking for people who bring energy and ambition. Designers who care deeply about the craft, get excited by complex problems, and see design as a superpower.
You’ll work closely with strategy, technology, creative and client teams to turn insight into innovation. Whether you’re mapping a product journey, prototyping a new interaction, or pushing the limits of what AI tools can do, you’ll bring a clear perspective on how technology can unlock better experiences for people and brands.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
