Waymo Experiential Marketing Lead – EMEA (London)
About the Role
At Waymo, we are driven by a mission to be the world's most trusted driver, using autonomous driving technology to enhance accessibility, improve mobility, and eliminate fatalities caused by traffic accidents.
Our cutting-edge Waymo Driver combines decades of real-world experience with billions of simulated miles across 15+ U.S. states, powering a fully autonomous ride-hail service and shaping a future where autonomous vehicles play a pivotal role in mobility.
On the Waymo Marketing team, you’ll work to ignite curiosity and build acceptance of autonomy by crafting strategic marketing, positioning, and immersive experiences. We create video content, social media engagements, and dynamic physical experiences that communicate Waymo’s impact—all while transforming Waymo into a thriving, user-centric business.
This hybrid Experiential Marketing Lead role—headquartered in London—will report directly to the Global Experiential Marketing Lead and focus on shaping transformative experiences that resonate in the Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) region.
Responsibilities
- Lead EMEA-based experiential initiatives, from research and strategic development to execution, managing large-scale programs that captivate audiences.
- Steward Waymo’s brand vision across all EMEA experiential activations, ensuring every immersion underscores public trust in autonomous technology.
- Champion cross-functional collaboration between Product, Marketing, Public Policy, Operations, and other stakeholders, ensuring clear alignment, roles, and seamless coordination.
- Oversee stakeholder relations among talent, executives, policymakers, and VIPs, handling pre- and post-event communications while maintaining high-level engagement.
- Manage budgets meticulously, optimizing financial resources while securing top-tier vendors for high-impact activations with excellent cost efficiency.
- Define event KPIs and success measures, driving data-driven performance tracking, reporting, and continuous improvement.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
