You will be responsible for managing a team (or multiple teams) to deliver reporting on productivity, programme/schedule. You will provides leadership to managers & professionals. Key Job Responsibilities: · Coordinates constructively with team/s producing and managing delivery of the off and on site activities. · Manages preconstruction and off site activities including directing installation works on site. · Plans and monitors cladding works against the programme, inputting into updates of programme. · Manages planning and production control (PPC) update to the wider team/s. · Resolves issues between trades to ensure smooth progress of works. · Co-ordinates with overall site logistics to plan deliveries, installation. · Records progress and raising issues with off and on site activities, design & quality process. · Identifies and implements continuous improvement plans/identifies key business improvements. · Develops & maintains a series of both internal and external relationships. · Manages & influences Key/Senior stakeholders. · Manages & provides leadership to a team of Managers and Professionals, ensuring the principles, structures, tools/capabilities and responsibilities are in place to deliver area plans and deliver excellence. · Provides performance management, technical development and coaching. · Works collaboratively towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition, and share responsibility for the proactive identification and management of the associated carbon emissions and reductions during the delivery of work. You’ll need to have: · Good experience of facades construction installation - experience of multiple different façade types. · Experience of short term planning & facade installation methods. · Site management safety training scheme (SMSTS) · Good communication skills. · Good technical background. · Good understanding of preconstruction process. · Good knowledge of manufacturing process. · NVQ L5+ (or equivalent).
