Are you a high-performing Meta Facebook Ads Specialist with a proven track record of scaling direct-to-consumer or lead generation campaigns? We are looking for an experienced Senior Facebook Ads Specialist to join our team and manage high-budget performance marketing campaigns.
If you know how to build high-converting ad funnels, analyze attribution data, and optimize return on ad spend, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Strategy and Execution: Build, test, and scale high-budget Meta advertising campaigns (Facebook and Instagram).
- Creative Strategy: Direct creative concepts, ad copy, and visual assets to continuously test new hooks and improve click-through rates.
- Audience and Funnel Optimization: Define target audiences, custom audiences, lookalikes, and retargeting funnels to maximize conversion efficiency.
- Data and Tracking: Audit and manage Meta Pixel, Conversion API (CAPI), and GA4 tracking to ensure accurate data attribution.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor daily key metrics including ROAS, CPA, CTR, and CPM to optimize performance and eliminate ad fatigue.

What We Are Looking For
- Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience managing and scaling high-budget Facebook Ads campaigns with proven ----------.
- Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Meta Pixel, Conversion API, and Google Analytics.
- Creative Mindset: Strong understanding of direct-response marketing, psychology, and creative strategy.
- Communication: Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
