Senior Facilities Manager - Kitt × Reeve

£60,000-£70,000

London
Operations team

We're rebuilding facilities management: an AI platform that handles the volume, and expert FM people who own everything it can't. If you know plant and M&E, and think the industry is a decade behind what it could be, read on.

The setup

Kitt designs and operates workspace for brands worth leaving home for. Reeve is our sister platform - the AI that runs the portfolio: reactive jobs, compliance, suppliers, dispatch, reporting. Same business, two brands.

We are rapidly expanding across London and are onboarding 20+ buildings over the next 12 months.

The job

Report to the Head of Operations; deputise for her when she's out. Be Reeve's human expert on the complex long-tail issues the platform doesn't automate - and every one you solve makes it smarter.

You'll:

  • Onboard new buildings - scoping plant, bringing incumbent suppliers across
  • Own complex, multi-threaded issues end to end
  • Approve spend up to your threshold, and challenge it where it's soft
  • Catch M&E and compliance risk before it becomes a failure
  • Bring diagnosis in-house instead of deferring to contractors

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

You

High ownership. You take the whole problem, not your slice of it. When something's broken you fix it or find who can - you don't file it under "not my job" and move on
Easy to work with. Straight-talking, low-drama, quick to share what you know. Contractors, landlords, and your own team all find you the person who makes things simpler, not harder
Customer first. You measure the job by what the client experiences in the building, not by whether the box got ticked.
Bias to action. You'd rather make the call and adjust than wait for permission
Real hard-FM depth to back it up: multi-site FM across HVAC, electrical, water, lifts, BMS and fire - you can scope a building and spot the risk on sight
