Senior Facilities Manager
London (hybrid)
Salary – Up to £55,000 (DOE) + car allowance + benefits
Are you an experienced Facilities Manager looking for your next challenge with a leading property management business?
We're looking for a Senior Facilities Manager to take ownership of a prestigious London portfolio, working alongside a highly regarded Property & Asset Management team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, driving operational excellence, and making a real impact across high-profile commercial assets.

What we're looking for:
- Proven experience managing commercial property portfolios.
- Strong knowledge of FM compliance, health & safety and building operations.
- Experience managing contractors, procurement and service charge budgets.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- A proactive, hands-on approach with the confidence to take ownership.
- NEBOSH qualification (or willingness to work towards) is advantageous.
