Offering a seamless experience, the company manages the full process from design to production and ongoing reorders.
Job Purpose
Working in partnership with the production team (garment tech, production coordinator and line manager), making sure all garments and accessories come out in a timely manner and in the NO UNIFORM quality standards.
As a senior production coordinator, you are seen as the forefront of the team and willing to help out between colleagues, where possible.
We work in a fast-paced environment, so willingness to learn, take part in all aspects of new manufacturer research, and a passion for your work and garments are key. There is a lot of invaluable experience to be learnt as part of our small team, so this is a great opportunity for the right candidate.

Responsibilities
Main responsibilities will include (but are not restrictive to):
- Support the Line Manager in managing production budgets and tracking project spending.
- Assist with creating schedules and planning the most efficient use of staff, resources, and time for a project.
- Manage junior team members like Production Assistants and runners, and coordinate the booking.
- Provide administrative and practical support to senior staff during the creative process and throughout post-production.
Key Responsibilities
- Ordering raw materials, making sure all priorities are clear, and deliveries are hit on time – following the critical path.
- Coordinate, create and plan all appointed factory production orders.
- Liaise and negotiate with manufacturers.
- Raise and check Docket orders and invoices.
- Work alongside production garment tech on any amends to the garments.
- Check-in of stock and identify packing list complete.
- React and respond to any problem-solving for production.
- Support the process between sales, product development and technical.
- See product through from development handover to production and deliveries.
- Follow up on quality control, in accordance with the garment tech.
- Any other ad-hoc projects or queries, instructed by your line manager.

Personal Profile
- Experience managing vendor relationships, delivering clear briefs and leveraging relationships to meet demands.
- Critical path management on full critical path of projects, making sure they are delivered ahead of time.
- Being able to manage different projects and re-orders of ongoing clients.
- Be a multitasker.
- Have great planning skills.
- Able to manage within a budget with commercial awareness and understanding of product cost, achieving a balance between creativity and commercial implications throughout the production process.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to negotiate with credibility, share information effectively, and work confidently with cross functional teams.
- Computer skills: Excel and Zedonk.
What We Offer
3-6 month contract.
Working Environment
- Monday to Friday, 9am – 6pm, however flexibility from time to time is required.
- Office based role, a 5-minute walk from Old Street Tube Station.
