About Us

We are part of a leading international group of fertility specialists, including CREATE Fertility and IVI London, providing world-class reproductive healthcare across the UK.

Our clinics are at the forefront of innovation, offering Natural and Mild IVF—gentler approaches that use little to no fertility medication—alongside a full range of advanced treatments, including IVF, IUI, ICSI and fertility preservation.

Together, we are committed to evidence-based treatment, clinical excellence and personalised, patient-focused care, helping to give every patient the best possible chance of success.

Role Objective

As a Senior Fertility Nurse, you will play an important role in delivering a safe, effective and compassionate nursing service to patients throughout their fertility journey.

You will provide high-quality, holistic nursing care while maintaining the highest clinical standards in line with our policies and procedures, the NMC Code and HFEA requirements. You will also perform high-quality transvaginal ultrasound scans, where trained and competent, to assess and support patients before, during and after treatment.

As a senior member of the nursing team, you will provide day-to-day clinical support, help guide junior colleagues and work closely with the wider multidisciplinary team to ensure patients receive coordinated and personalised care.

Duties and Objectives

  • Represent CREATE Fertility by promoting our values, ethos and reputation
  • Deliver high-quality care through the assessment and evaluation of each patient’s individual needs
  • Act as a patient advocate, building trust and providing sensitive, compassionate support
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with patients, visitors and colleagues
  • Work closely with nursing, medical, embryology and operational teams to support positive patient outcomes
  • Work independently within your scope of practice and adapt to changing clinical priorities
  • Support the day-to-day management of scan lists, theatre procedures and patient pathways
  • Recognise when a patient needs to be referred or escalated to a senior clinician or multidisciplinary team
  • Promote counselling services and emotional support to patients
  • Recognise potential safeguarding concerns and ensure appropriate referrals and escalation
  • Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with data-protection and HFEA requirements
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation within IDEAS and other clinical systems
  • Book and coordinate patient appointments and procedures
  • Chaperone and assist with scans, examinations, HyCoSy procedures and cervical screening
  • Assist with egg collections, embryo transfers, IUIs and other theatre procedures
  • Support the safe recovery of patients following theatre procedures
  • Perform phlebotomy and demonstrate an understanding of relevant clinical results
  • Perform pregnancy tests and communicate results to patients sensitively
  • Carry out post-procedure wellness calls and obtain treatment outcomes
  • Support patients with treatment information, medication guidance and consent documentation
  • Undertake treatment consultations once appropriately trained and assessed as competent
  • Support medication management and dispensing in line with company policy
  • Liaise with external laboratories and healthcare professionals where required
  • Support hub and satellite clinics to ensure consistent patient communication and care
  • Maintain safe, clean and appropriately stocked clinical, scanning, theatre and recovery areas
  • Participate in nursing audits, infection-control processes and health and safety activity
  • Participate in the weekend rota as required
  • Ensure incidents, concerns and breaches of policy are reported appropriately

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
