Senior FF&E Designer
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior FF&E Designer to join a respected London-based interiors consultancy focused on prestigious international hospitality and high-end residential projects.
The ideal candidate should have:
- At least eight years of relevant experience in hospitality, restaurants, or luxury residential design
- A proven ability to:
- Lead small-to-medium projects or
- Contribute effectively to larger, complex schemes within multidisciplinary teams
Key Responsibilities
Design Leadership & Concept Development
- Develop design concepts, including FF&E sourcing & specification, for:
- Hotels
- Restaurants
- Luxury residences
- Help define:
- Overall design narratives
- Material palettes
- Project vision

Presentation & Documentation
- Produce presentation materials, including:
- Mood boards
- Design schemes
- Sample boards for:
- Finishes
- Fabrics
- Furniture
- Accessories
Technical & Project Coordination
- Draft detailed FF&E specifications and documentation
- Design bespoke furniture
- Produce technical drawings where applicable
- Support cost management through:
- Budget development
- Value engineering
- Quantity assessments
- Oversee:
- Samples
- Shop drawing reviews
- Manufacturing monitoring
- Ensure alignment of FF&E deliverables within broader design packages
Cross-Disciplinary Collaboration
- Maintain regular engagement with:
- Clients
- Consultants
- Suppliers
- Contractors
- Attend:
- Site meetings
- Presentations
- Occasionally travel internationally for project support
