Senior Service Engineer

Are you the engineer everyone relies on to keep projects running smoothly?

We're recruiting for a Senior Service Engineer who enjoys far more than simply servicing equipment.

This is an opportunity to become a trusted senior member of a growing, friendly engineering team. You'll join a successful, growing company that offers training and long-term career development.

This role will be a mix of travelling to site across the South of the UK with overnight stays and home working.

Ideal locations: Hampshire, Surrey, West Sussex, West London, Berkshire, Middlesex, Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire.

This is a leadership role for someone who takes pride in organising installations, coordinating projects, supporting other engineers and ensuring every customer receives an exceptional experience from start to finish.

You'll work closely with the Service Manager, Sales Team and customers to plan installations, overcome challenges before they arise and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and to the highest standard.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
