Role Overview

Snowflake is looking for a Sr Field Marketing Manager to support our growth in the Commercial Segment across EMEA!

As the dedicated field marketing partner to Snowflake's Commercial sales organisation, you'll support one of Snowflake's largest and fastest-growing businesses globally. The Commercial team works with some of EMEA's most exciting high-growth companies, from startups and digital-native businesses to established SMB organisations, and continues to expand into new customer segments and markets.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving demand through field programs to accelerate pipeline growth, customer expansion, and revenue. You'll help shape Snowflake's go-to-market strategy across the region, partnering closely with Commercial leadership to identify growth opportunities, develop targeted marketing strategies, and execute integrated campaigns end-to-end.

This is a strategic and highly execution-focused role well suited to a strategic marketer who enjoys taking ideas from concept to launch, operating independently, and seeing programs translate into pipeline and revenue.

What You'll Do

  • Own and execute the Commercial Field Marketing strategy, developing integrated marketing programs that drive awareness, pipeline generation, and customer expansion.
  • Partner closely with Commercial sales leadership to align marketing investments with business priorities and growth opportunities.
  • Own end-to-end campaign execution, including planning, budget management, vendor coordination, promotion, measurement, and optimisation.
  • Own and grow strategic ecosystem partnerships, including Snowflake's relationship with Station F and broader startup, VC, PE, and partner communities.
  • Work cross-functionally with Growth Marketing, Partner Marketing, Product Marketing, Strategic Events, and Startup Program teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
  • Measure and report on pipeline contribution, campaign performance, ROI, and business impact, using insights to continuously improve results.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
