Senior Field Marketing Manager

Role Overview Snowflake is hiring a Sr. Field Marketing Manager to drive growth across the Commercial Segment in EMEA. As the field marketing partner to Commercial Sales, you’ll build and execute integrated programs that generate pipeline, support customer expansion, and help accelerate one of Snowflake’s fastest-growing businesses. This is a high-impact, highly visible role with broad regional scope. You’ll work closely with sales leadership to identify growth opportunities, shape go-to-market strategy, and deliver field programs that drive measurable business results. It’s an ideal role for a strategic, hands-on marketer who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys building programs from the ground up. What You'll Do Own and execute the Commercial Field Marketing strategy, developing integrated marketing programs that drive awareness, pipeline generation, and customer expansion. Partner closely with Commercial sales leadership to align marketing investments with business priorities and growth opportunities. Own end-to-end campaign execution, including planning, budget management, vendor coordination, promotion, measurement, and optimisation. Own and grow strategic ecosystem partnerships, including Snowflake's relationship with Station F and broader startup, VC, PE, and partner communities. Work cross-functionally with Growth Marketing, Partner Marketing, Product Marketing, Strategic Events, and Startup Program teams to deliver integrated campaigns. Measure and report on pipeline contribution, campaign performance, ROI, and business impact, using insights to continuously improve results. What You'll Have 8+ years of B2B marketing experience within SaaS, cloud, technology, or high-growth businesses. Proven experience developing and executing field marketing strategies that drive pipeline and revenue growth. Strong track record of partnering with sales teams and influencing stakeholders across multiple functions. Experience planning and delivering events, executive programs, integrated campaigns, and demand generation initiatives. Strong analytical mindset with experience measuring performance and optimizing programs based on data. Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Experience with Salesforce, Marketo, and marketing technology platforms. A self-starter mentality with a passion for building, innovating, and driving business impact. Ability to travel as needed to support regional programs and events The role requires 3 days onsite in our Snowflake Offices What Makes Someone Successful Here Thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
