Senior Field Marketing Manager, International Markets

EMEA/APAC Regional Marketing Manager

About the Team

The marketing team amplifies Mural’s story to the world through creative, strategic, and measurable programs that drive awareness and engagement. We’re a collaborative group of marketers, storytellers, and relationship builders, passionate about connecting with customers and partners in meaningful ways. Together, we shape how the world experiences Mural through events, partnerships, and thought leadership.

Your Mission

You’ll shape how Mural appears in key international markets by localizing marketing, events, and demand generation across EMEA and APAC. This role isn’t just about running events—it’s about understanding buyer decision-making, staying close to customers, and adapting our global strategy so it resonates culturally and commercially in each region.

You’ll partner closely with Revenue, Product Marketing, Demand Gen, Sales, CS, and the Partnerships & Events Director to build pipeline, capture competitive intelligence, and create localised experiences that reflect how business operates in each market.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop, collaborate on, and localise go-to-market strategies for EMEA markets, working closely with Marketing, Product, Sales, and CS
  • Gather and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform positioning and messaging for each region
  • Develop tailored sales enablement materials, including presentations, battle cards, case studies, and product content optimized for local buyers and industries
  • Act as a subject matter expert to influence segmented, integrated marketing campaigns that drive leads, accelerate sales cycles, and strengthen brand recognition
  • Cultivate relationships with strategic partners, agencies, and industry influencers in the EMEA SaaS market
  • Support virtual and in-person events, such as trade shows, customer meetups, partner events, and webinars
  • Manage event messaging, logistics, coordination with sales, and post-event lead follow-up

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
