The Role and Team

We are looking for a visionary Senior Field Marketing Manager with extensive marketing experience to drive the UKI Field and Partner Marketing strategy. This role demands a strategic, results-driven professional who can:

  • Cultivate significant growth initiatives
  • Navigate a complex, fast-paced global environment
  • Craft, influence, and execute multi-channel marketing strategies aligned with sales and organizational goals

As a senior leader on the team, you will:

  • Shape the strategic marketing roadmap for the UKI region
  • Play a pivotal role in scaling Medallia’s brand presence
  • Accelerate pipeline development across the UKI region

Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

  • Shape and drive Medallia’s comprehensive go-to-market strategy for the UKI region, ensuring alignment with:
    • Global business objectives
    • Local market needs
    • Product innovations
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration to influence key decision-making across:
    • Markets
    • Product categories
    • Buyer segments

Demand Generation & Brand Building

  • Partner with the Head of International Marketing to develop and execute multi-faceted field and partner marketing activities that:
    • Generate demand
    • Accelerate pipeline growth
    • Enhance brand recognition
  • Leverage data-driven insights to refine tactics for maximum impact

Pipeline Development & Sales Alignment

  • Propose a defined marketing roadmap to drive:
    • New pipeline generation
    • Acceleration of existing opportunities
  • Collaborate closely with sales leadership to ensure marketing aligns with:
    • Revenue goals
    • Measurable ROI

Partnership Leverage

  • Establish and manage strategic partnerships to amplify:
    • Marketing reach
    • Brand positioning
  • Integrate with partner teams to leverage joint marketing efforts and capture new business opportunities

Collaboration & Agility

  • Work closely with:
    • Sales teams
    • Pre-sales
    • Key business departments
  • Align strategies to achieve shared growth goals

Flexibility & Hybrid Work

  • Excel in a fast-moving environment, adapting to shifting priorities strategically
  • Maintain balance within the international marketing team, including flexibility for:
    • Regional market support
    • Cross-border initiatives
  • Hybrid role based in the London area:
    • Develop a routine of 3 days per week on-site to boost team collaboration
    • Travel flexibility for events and key meetings as required

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • 10+ years of senior marketing experience
  • UKI expertise and demand generation responsibilities
  • Demonstrated track record in:
    • Leading, executing, scaling high-impact field marketing strategies
    • Multi-channel field marketing (e.g., trade shows, executive roundtables, event management)
  • Ability to commute to the London office and travel internationally as required

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven ability to thrive in a remote or hybrid environment while delivering strategic results
  • Success in aligning field marketing initiatives with:
    • Regional sales
    • Customer engagement to drive revenue growth
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Proficiency in:
    • Salesforce
    • Google Workspace
    • Marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo)
  • Strong analytical skills, including:
    • Data-driven decision-making
    • Pipeline tracking
    • ROI optimization
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent practical experience
