Role Overview
This role is part of the Invoice to Cash team looking after client billing across our professional services business. The Senior Finance Administrator will be responsible for performing billing processes for teams across the professional services business.

- Raise annual and ad hoc invoices on Sage Intacct throughout the month adhering to agreed deadlines
- Raise Legal invoices
- Respond to billing queries received and escalate any issues or complaints to the Billing Team Leader
- Support the Credit Control process as required
- Support other members of the team with best practice and training when needed
- Support other business areas of billing outside own area of responsibility
- Ad hoc Finance tasks as required by the Director of Shared Services
- Undertake training and development as appropriate and engage fully in the performance management process
- Proactively recommend continuous improvements to maximize efficiency and accuracy of existing systems and processes
- Management and distribution of Zendesk tickets, adhering to agreed SLA’s
- Support and adhere to audit request on an ad-hoc basis
- Contribute to the development of the Finance team processes to ensure these are cohesive, efficient, and effective
- Contribute to the Law Deb culture positively, attend meeting as required, and carry out duties willingly and diligently
- Where regulatory rules apply, abide by these in spirit and fact
- Carry out such other tasks as you may be reasonably directed to do by the senior management team from time to time
Essential Knowledge, Skills & Experience
- Strong attention to detail.
- Outstanding numeracy, data management and manipulation skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- IT literate, including strong Microsoft Excel skills.
- Inquisitive mind.
- Knowledge of Sage Intacct
