Great business decisions start with great insights.
Behind every investment, transformation programme and strategic decision at Aston Martin is a team that helps the business understand the financial impact, balance risk and identify opportunity. We're looking for a Senior Finance Analyst – IT & Admin to join that team and play a key role in supporting some of the functions that keep our business moving forward.
Based in Gaydon, this is far more than a traditional finance role. You'll work closely with teams across IT, HR, Legal and other central functions, acting as a trusted business partner and helping stakeholders make informed decisions through meaningful financial insight and analysis. You'll have the opportunity to influence at all levels of the organisation, supporting both day-to-day business performance and longer-term strategic planning.
Working at the heart of the business, you'll support budgeting, forecasting and business planning activities, while also providing clear and insightful reporting that helps leaders understand performance, identify trends and make confident decisions. Whether you're reviewing financial performance, supporting investment decisions, challenging costs or helping improve reporting processes, your work will have a direct impact on the future direction of Aston Martin.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
