Senior Finance Analyst

The Role: FP&A Analyst
We are looking for an ambitious and analytically minded individual to join our Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team.
Responsible for strengthening management reporting, delivering clear commercial insights, and supporting planning processes across the business, this role will drive financial and operational understanding—collaborating closely with the Senior FP&A Manager and stakeholders in Product, Operations, and Leadership.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys:

What You’ll Do

Produce and enhance:
- Weekly flash reports
- Monthly trading packs
- KPI reporting

Partner with stakeholders to translate financial/operational metrics into clear narratives, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities.

Maintain and improve:
- Dynamic forecasting models
- Assumptions

Conduct scenario modeling for:
- Improved forecast accuracy
- Enhanced business agility

Deliver financial modeling/analysis for:
- Evaluating new initiatives
- Assessing investments and growth opportunities

Build business cases and perform scenario analyses to evaluate:
- Commercial risks
- Return on investment
- Transforming complex datasets into clear recommendations

Challenge and optimise existing processes, simplifying and scaling Finance’s role with automation. Focus on productivity gains through AI tools and emerging tech.

Collaborate with Data teams to enhance:
- Data quality
- Information accessibility
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in: FP&A, commercial finance, business analytics, or highly analytical corporate roles.
- Exposure to fast-paced environments—preferred: Tech, Digital Health, Subscription, or D2C businesses (not essential).
- Solid experience with:
- Management reporting
- Budgeting
- Forecasting cycles
- Advanced Excel skills (able to build/maintain complex, scalable models).
- Confidence handling large datasets, with experience using BI/visualisation tools (e.g., Power BI, Looker).
- Highly proficient in— or eager to leverage—AI tools to streamline workflows.
- Ability to simplify complex data while confidently presenting insights to cross-functional stakeholders.
- Problem-solver who connects financial analysis with real-world business outcomes.
- Comfortable in converging, fast-paced environments; thrives with flexibility.
- Team-oriented: Enjoys building cross-functional relationships and shared goals.
