Senior Finance Analyst - Reconciliation

About the Role

As a Senior Finance Analyst - Reconciliation, you’ll play an important role in maintaining balance sheet integrity across a complex, global business. Sitting at the centre of financial control, you’ll connect transactional activity with reporting, helping ensure financial data is accurate, reliable, and supports key business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality reconciliations across complex and high-risk accounts
  • Use strong analytical thinking to identify and resolve discrepancies
  • Investigate root causes and challenge assumptions to improve processes
  • Support month-end activities and strengthen financial controls
  • Partner with stakeholders across finance and the wider business to resolve issues

Requirements

  • Experience in reconciliation, balance sheet control, or financial assurance
  • Partially qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or a strong relevant experience alternative
  • Confidence using finance systems, Excel, and reconciliation tools
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Sound judgement when assessing risk
  • Proactive, solutions-focused approach
