Senior Finance Analyst - Reconciliation

About the Role
As a Senior Finance Analyst - Reconciliation, you’ll play an important role in maintaining balance sheet integrity across a complex, global business. Sitting at the centre of financial control, you’ll connect transactional activity with reporting, helping ensure financial data is accurate, reliable, and supports key business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality reconciliations across complex and high-risk accounts
- Use strong analytical thinking to identify and resolve discrepancies
- Investigate root causes and challenge assumptions to improve processes
- Support month-end activities and strengthen financial controls
- Partner with stakeholders across finance and the wider business to resolve issues

Requirements
- Experience in reconciliation, balance sheet control, or financial assurance
- Partially qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or a strong relevant experience alternative
- Confidence using finance systems, Excel, and reconciliation tools
- Strong attention to detail
- Sound judgement when assessing risk
- Proactive, solutions-focused approach
