Location: Leeds City Centre Salary: £65,000–£72,000 + Bonus + Excellent Benefits Working Arrangement: 2 Days in Office


A fantastic opportunity for a commercially driven Senior Finance Business Partner ready to take on a high-impact, senior-facing role with real ownership and progression potential.

We’re collaborating with a fast-moving, agile business based in Leeds City Centre to recruit a Finance Business Partner, who will act as the right hand to the Head of Commercial Finance.

This is a key role, leading on strategic planning and performance insight for one or more executive functions, with:

  • Two direct reports
  • Regular exposure to leadership

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting for one or more functional areas
  • Deliver robust financial reporting and insight to drive operational performance
  • Work closely with senior stakeholders to:
    • Challenge and support key decisions
  • Manage and develop two direct reports, supporting their professional growth
  • Monitor performance against KPIs and business objectives
  • Provide commercial input into:
    • Revenue generation
    • Sales incentives
    • Pricing decisions
  • Champion:
    • Cost efficiency
    • Headcount control
    • Risk mitigation across functions

What We’re Looking For

  • A qualified accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA) with solid Finance Business Partnering experience
  • Strong communicator with proven stakeholder management skills at senior levels
  • A commercial mindset — comfortable challenging, influencing, and adding value
  • Advanced Excel skills with a sharp eye for detail
  • Proactive, hands-on, and passionate about driving business performance

  • Base salary: £65,000 – £72,000
