Wilkinson & Associates is partnering with a large and highly respected organisation to recruit a newly created Senior Finance Business Partner position.
This is a strategic appointment within a finance function that is undergoing significant transformation. The successful candidate will combine hands-on business partnering with leadership responsibilities, helping to shape the future direction of finance within the organisation.
Reporting to the senior finance leadership team, you will support key business areas while providing guidance and oversight to a small team of Finance Business Partners.
The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted adviser to senior operational stakeholders
- Lead business partnering activities across a significant area of the organisation
- Provide leadership, coaching, and support to Finance Business Partners
- Contribute to financial planning, performance management, and strategic decision making
- Drive continuous improvement across finance processes and stakeholder engagement
- Support organisational change and transformation initiatives
- Partner with senior finance leaders to shape the future operating model of the finance function
About You
- Qualified accountant (CA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
- Strong business partnering and stakeholder management experience
- Previous experience leading, mentoring, or developing finance professionals
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
- Commercially minded with strong analytical capability
- Able to balance strategic thinking with operational delivery
