Senior Finance Business Partner – Leading Global Specialty Insurer
We are seeking a Senior Finance Business Partner to join our high-performing finance team and collaborate with senior stakeholders to drive financial insight, performance improvement, and strategic decision-making across the business.
The Role
Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will deliver high-quality financial reporting, analysis, and planning while partnering with teams across finance, underwriting, actuarial, and operations to provide meaningful insights and challenge business assumptions.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the production and continuous improvement of monthly and quarterly financial reporting and management information
- Analyse financial performance, investigate variances, and provide clear, actionable insights
- Support annual planning and forecasting cycles, ensuring alignment between business strategy and financial outcomes
- Develop robust financial models for scenario analysis, planning, and strategic decision-making
- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics, driving business improvement
- Partner with senior stakeholders, offering constructive challenge to influence decision-making
- Contribute to finance transformation initiatives, improving processes, systems, and reporting capabilities
- Ensure outputs meet high standards for accuracy, timeliness, and regulatory scrutiny
