Senior Finance Business Partner

£85,000 plus £5k bonus

London

Hybrid working

About the Role

An exciting opportunity for a commercially focused Senior Finance Business Partner to join a high-performing finance team in London. This role offers full ownership of the P&L from turnover through to contribution margin, partnering closely with senior stakeholders to drive commercial performance, influence decision-making, and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own monthly P&L reporting, forecasting, and budgeting processes
  • Review and manage WIP risk across a range of project types
  • Provide commercial insight and challenge assumptions to improve business performance
  • Lead financial review meetings and communicate risks and opportunities clearly to stakeholders
  • Monitor and report on key business KPIs
  • Drive process improvements, efficiencies, and strong financial governance
  • Support and develop junior finance team members
  • Provide audit support and ad hoc commercial analysis

  • Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) with strong finance business partnering experience
  • Excellent analytical and financial modelling skills
  • Confident influencing senior stakeholders and presenting complex information clearly
  • Commercially minded with strong problem-solving capabilities
  • Experience with SAP, Power BI, or AI tools advantageous
  • Consultancy or professional services experience beneficial
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused mindset
