Senior Finance Business Partner - Tech Services

📍 United Kingdom | Hybrid | Permanent

Are you a commercially minded Finance Business Partner looking to make a real impact in a high-growth SaaS business? ClearCourse is looking for a Senior Finance Business Partner (Tech Services) to partner with senior business leaders, providing financial insight that drives strategic decision-making and commercial performance.

Working closely with the Head of FP&A, Group Operations Director, and business unit leaders, you'll take ownership of financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and performance across a portfolio of businesses. This is a highly visible role offering genuine influence, autonomy, and the opportunity to shape the future of a fast-growing, private equity-backed technology group.

Requirements

What you'll be doing:

  • Partner with senior stakeholders to drive commercial performance and strategic decision-making
  • Own budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting across multiple business units
  • Deliver insightful analysis, financial modelling, and performance reporting for Executive and Board review
  • Challenge and support business leaders to improve profitability and achieve growth targets
  • Identify risks, opportunities, and trends, providing clear recommendations
  • Continuously improve reporting, KPIs, and management information to support better business decisions
  • Build strong relationships across Finance, Shared Services, and operational leadership teams

We're looking for a commercially focused finance professional who enjoys partnering with stakeholders and influencing business performance. You'll bring:

  • Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with 5-7 years' PQE
  • Experience in a Finance Business Partnering or Commercial Finance role
  • Strong budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, and business analysis skills
  • Advanced Excel skills with the ability to interpret and present complex financial data
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • A proactive, analytical mindset with the confidence to challenge and influence senior leaders
